1. SCOPE
The following GTC apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A trader is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS
The purchase contract is concluded with Urban Luxury.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive confirmation via email.

Klarna

Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been dispatched and the invoice has been received.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment amount is 6.95 euros.
Klarna Direct Debit
You issue Klarna with a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.
Cash payment upon collection
You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.
6. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the courier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
There is a guarantee on the fit. If a product demonstrably does not fit due to our fault, the buyer is entitled to a new product. In the case of products worn in the mouth, this requires up-to-date impressions (not older than 6 months); a refund is not possible for pieces of jewelry worn for a longer period. A refund is generally not possible, especially if our service has already been used (shipping, impression kit, etc.). We have described detailed information in our cancellation policy.
8.1 LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The statutory right to liability for defects applies.

9. LIABILITY
We are always fully liable for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents

* in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
* in the event of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
* as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. PROTECTION OF MINORS
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure through the use of a reliable procedure involving a personal identity and age check that the ordering party has reached the required minimum age. The courier will only hand over the goods after the age check has been completed and only to the ordering party in person. Delivery to parcel stations is not possible in this case.
